I often shop and have repairs on screen windows and doors at Jerry's Hardware. Great job and customer service all the time! Today was an example at checkout. One of the women who was not even waiting on me smiled and gave me a lovely compliment! Her name is Erin and I thought what a kind gesture to brighten up a customer's day! I can’t say enough nice things about Jerry’s! The store itself is well stocked, and they are also willing to accept special orders for anything that is not in stock. They also have some of the most helpful and friendly employees I have ever seen! I recommend this place above any other hardware store in the area.
WOW - to the inventory, the selection and the service. This is what you want in a hardware store. This winter we were land restricted, and found ourselves in not only Narragansett, but also at Jerry’s everyday if not twice a day. So - we decided to build a boat. We spent two months building an 11’ sailing dinghy. We had most of the tools and supplies we needed, but as many projects do, we found we needed more. Jerry’s was there to greet us every day with a smile and directed us to the sandpaper - for both dry and set applications, the Festool accessories and tools - of which there were many (we felt like we were in a candy store!), heat gun, epoxy, paint supplies including trays of all sizes, rollers, brushes and more. When we made a mistake and needed more wood, we came to Jerry’s and found what we needed. When we needed West System supplies, Jerry’s had them. When we needed to hoist the boat for part of the build, Jerry’s had the rope. And when we needed a snack, Jerry’s had the M&M’s and the beef jerky to take care of that basic need too. We want to take the time to thank the ladies working the registers (who always asked how we were doing) and to the gentlemen that guided us around to find the more esoteric hardware or bucket or acid brushes. We had an amazing adventure and we want to thank Jerry’s for making the process enjoyable and easier. (Requirement for our next home…. A Jerry’s to drive to for all our building and home needs!)

Extremely helpful staff. Offered to order item that was low in stock, called within days to followup and let me know item was back in stock, if I wanted them to hold it for me. Great stop well stocked with Hugh assortment of many items! Great staff.
I went in today to grab 2 bags of mulch. Gave helped me load them into my truck. He was so kind, polite, and helpful!
